Mark McCoubrey, AACI, P.App, SRPA is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and a highly qualified professional, who provides appraisal, review, consulting, and other services as defined under the Appraisal Institute of Canada’s Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP).

Mark McCoubrey, AACI, P.App, SRPA has been actively engaged in the real estate appraisal field for more than 30 years and as principal of our Firm, he has been engaged in the valuation of virtually all types of revenue properties (Retail, Office, Industrial, Multi-Residential, Hotels, Retirement Homes, Land, etc.) in Toronto and surrounding areas, as well as throughout other major cities across Canada for various purposes and functions.
